Easy Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe
• 8 hard cooked eggs
• 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 loaf marble bread (12 slices)
• 6 washed lettuce leaves
• Sliced olives
Peel and chop the hard-cooked eggs into a medium sized bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add to the chopped eggs. Mix together until all eggs are covered. Spread the mixture onto one bread slice and add a lettuce leaf. Add another slice of bread. Cut in half and garnish with sliced olive. Makes 6 sandwiches.
