If you are planning to do some of your own decorating at an upcoming wedding or even, remember that in a big room, adding sparkle to your centerpieces makes the whole room shine. You can add sparkle to centerpieces and table favors in lots of ways, but here a few good ideas:

• Use lots of simple votive candles in glass containers on the tables. Group the votives around a rose bowl filled with water, a flower bloom, and some glitter. The sparkle from the glitter will be illuminated by the votives that surround it.
  
  
• Use mirrors under the centerpieces to add a reflective quality.
  
  
• If using fruits for centerpieces, sugar the fruit using egg white powder and sugar.
  
  
• String white lights inside white tuling ribbon to put on the tables and around the room. The lights will brighten the whole room.
  
  
• Glass blocks from the hardware or home center make great reflective pieces to add wherever there needs to be height added.
